Paperworx

Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This privacy policy explains what information Paperworx ("we", "us") collects when you use paperworx.in, how it is used, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language.

1. Information we collect

You do not need an account. You can browse and download every worksheet without signing up or giving us your name, email or phone number.

  • Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply and to improve the site, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
  • Usage information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically record technical details such as browser type, device, pages visited, approximate location (city or country) and the time of the visit. This is used in aggregate to understand which worksheets are popular and to keep the site secure.
  • Cookies. See section 3 and our cookie policy.

2. How we use information

  • To run the website and deliver worksheet downloads
  • To understand what parents and teachers find useful and plan new worksheets
  • To reply to your messages
  • To show advertisements that keep the site free
  • To protect the site from misuse

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Where required by law (for example for visitors in the European Economic Area or the UK), you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.

4. Children's privacy

Our worksheets are made for children, but the website is meant to be used by parents, guardians and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not ask for any. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Sharing of information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site – our web hosting provider, analytics and advertising partners (such as Google) – and only as needed for those services, or when required by law.

6. How long we keep information

Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Aggregate analytics data is kept according to our analytics provider's standard settings.

7. Your rights

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have shared with us, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email us at [email protected].

8. External links

Our pages may link to other websites, and ads may lead to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version, with its date, will always be on this page.

10. Contact and grievances

For any question, request or complaint about privacy, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
